Return and Refund policy
I. POLICY FOR CUSTOMERS IN THE US, CANADA, AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND, & UAE
Return Window
If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.
Sale Items (Final Sale)
All sale items are FINAL SALE and are eligible for exchange for store credit only.
We do not offer monetary refunds on sale items for customers in these regions.
Exchanges
To request an exchange, please contact us at support@trytrendway.com.
Once approved, we’ll process a replacement order. The original item must be returned, and all return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Each customer is eligible for one exchange per order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method (or store credit if applicable) within 10 business days.
II. POLICY FOR CUSTOMERS IN THE UK & EUROPEAN UNION
Right of Withdrawal (Statutory Cancellation Right)
In compliance with the UK Consumer Rights Act and the EU Consumer Rights Directive, customers residing in the UK and EU have the right to cancel their order and return items for a full refund within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Sale Items (UK/EU)
UK and EU customers may return sale items for a refund, provided the item is returned in unworn, resaleable condition with original tags.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is defective or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to our facility.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
III. GENERAL TERMS (APPLICABLE TO ALL REGIONS)
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@trytrendway.com.
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Defects
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately.
We will send a replacement at no additional cost for any manufacturing defect reported within 14 days of delivery.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

Holiday Returns (Extended Window)
Orders placed between December 1st and December 20th are eligible for an extended return window of 30 days from the date of delivery.
Orders placed on or after December 21st follow our standard 14-day return policy.
Late or Missing Refunds
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval and you have not received your funds, please contact us at support@trytrendway.com.
